By starting with one of the many professionally designed site templates, your website starts off on the right track. Logo images and headlines can be changed and you can focus on the content of the site without getting bogged down with the details of graphic design. Each of the 175 templates comes with multiple page layouts and color schemes.  Templates can be "swapped" even after publishing a site! 

There are no invisible tables or other artifacts of the template's design. One simply clicks and types. The editing tool bar will be familiar to anyone who has used a word processor.

Each site template comes with 20+ page templates that can be incorporated into the site. These "pre-fab" pages come in a variety of layout styles and also demonstrate features such as fill-out forms, photo galleries, blogs and eCommerce via Paypal

As pages are added, deleted or renamed, the menu is automatically updated. All site templates come with multiple levels of menus so that large sites can be easily managed without "crowding" the menus.  Even the slick graphical style menus are fully automatic.

The 'Layout Mode' which lets you drag and resize blocks to create customized layouts; In practice, this means you can modify the template headers and provide their own complete site layouts. They can also add and position content anywhere on any page.

The software achieves its simplicity by keeping pictures and blocks of text outside of the table structure. This means that the layout can be changed without understanding complex table structures that are typically used in modern site designs.

Another unique feature is that absolute positioning of layers is not used. Once you lay out your blocks, the entire page will stretch and shrink as you add and subtract content to/from these blocks. Best of all, there will be no problem with content colliding because of varying font sizes on target browsers.

It is easy to upload batches of photos and publish them as a photo album. The photo album is an integral part of the site. A batch upload FTP utility scales images from digital cameras and uploads them. Photo Albums have full navigation based on albums and topics. Viewers of the web site may also choose to view albums as a pop-up slide show.

Each site template comes in a variety of color schemes. This may be selected as the site is created and and it maybe be changed at any time.

eCommerce is easy with PayPal. All of the product information is accessible in the 'add to cart' button. The PayPal cart buttons are formatted in much the same way as the 'button maker' on the PayPal site.

Database technology is used to store the site. Unlike file-based tools, all of the individual elements of the site are indexed and cross referenced.  One can rename pages, move pages around and delete items without worrying about broken links or name conflicts.

Best of all, the site is written to HTML files when the site is published. This means the site is served directly from Apache without database access.

Site templates have common headers, footers and navigational elements and they can be updated and the changes reflected throughout the site. Multiple levels of page masters are used so that elements that are truly common throughout the site (such as the footer copyright notice) get changed in one and only one place.

Palettes provide global control over all colors used in the site. Changing colors in the palette will change the colors throughout the site. Unique color shifting technology can even change the color of images.

Style sheets provide global control over style attributes such as font faces, sizes, colors, margins, line height and link styles.

Menus may be added anywhere in the site. Menus are automatically generated from the folder structure for pages. This provides an unlimited depth in nesting menus. The style and artwork for menus and menu elements can also be changed at any time.

Today's web sites use simple graphical concepts such as rounded corners and decorative borders on text blocks.  You can use multi-part, 'composite' images for complex shapes so that they can be stretched and sized while preserving the integrity of their design. These composite images can be applied as backgrounds to any element on the page.  New composite images can be created at any time.

You can create multiple web sites as well and includes support for sub-sites (sites that have a suffix on the domain name), sub-domains and  'add on' domains.
