An additional filtering function allows you to set Target Groups. Once you have filtered core data you can then create secondary filters to select data from this 'core' group. Example: You do a core search for all users in a city with zip codes between 55555 and 55575 who joined in the database between the 1st and 5th of the month and then select a target group such as the sponsor's of all the people in the core group. Once you select the target group you can perform all the actions you need such as emailing, modifying data or deleting user's etc.

Management of all email notifications to members/employees is simple and setup easily. First create your messages and personalize them with a large variety of 'merge fields' so that all your mail is customized just they way you want.
